• Cheating or hacking will result in account reset.

3. Data Collection & Privacy

• We collect email, name, and profile picture via OAuth.
• Leaderboards display names and profile pictures.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Zulpez is provided "as-is" without any guarantees. We are not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or other issues.

5. Account Deletion

• Users can delete their accounts at any time from their profile page.
• All user data is instantly removed from our database upon deletion.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
